We process orders as they are placed so that you receive your order as quickly as possible within the deadlines indicated below. NO DELAY in processing is possible. For example, if you place your order today, you cannot request to receive it only 2 weeks later. The products are frozen and you can keep them in the freezer until the right moment.
The order will be processed as explained above.
Once the transporter has scanned your package you will receive a tracking email with your *tracking* number. It is your responsibility to track your shipment. From this email, allow 24-48 hours before arrival at destination.
You will also receive an email from La Cuisine Du Domaine *Your order has been shipped*. To avoid any problems, please check your spam box.
The delivery service is provided by Dicom, no signature is required, you do not need to be present. The transporter will leave the package at the door, no signature, no phone calls, no banging or ringing. You should add *Delivery Note* to your order to help the transporter find the exact location where the package will be dropped off.
*Is it possible that the package is stolen? *Email address error? *mistake of postal address?
Please note that neither the transporter or Cuisine du Domaine are responsible for your package once it has arrived at its destination. If you believe that something may have happened to your package, please ask us for a required signature. (In the event of a pandemic, a physical signature will not be required, however the transporter must hand over the package to a physical person).
Products are delivered to your door in an insulated cooler containing dry ice that keeps them fresh for 72 hours. When you receive your products, you can put them in the refrigerator or freezer. For cooking methods, please refer to the Cooking Methods tab.
In order to offer you the best, we do not add any preservatives to our products. They are cooked with fresh ingredients on site, then vacuum packed (with a few exceptions) and frozen.
