Artisan ham: smoked with pure maple syrup, NITRITE-free, hormone- and antibiotic-free, unchurned, 100% old-fashioned homemade salting, smoked in the smokehouse with maple wood and maple syrup

Ingrédients

Pork without hormones or antibiotics, maple syrup

Cooking mode

Entire:

- THAW in the fridge 24 hours before, remove from the plastic bag.

- Drizzle the ham with maple syrup

- Wrap in aluminum foil, reheat in the oven at 350f until an internal temperature of 145f on the thermometer.

-May take 30@60 minutes depending on the performance of the oven.

Note: the ham is already completely pre-cooked and ready for consumption.
